Reliance Power Ltd's subsidiaries ink debt settlement agreement with RCFL

The subsidiaries of Reliance Power Limited, namely Kalai Power Private Limited and Reliance Cleangen Limited, for the purpose of debt settlement has signed a Debt Settlement and Discharge Agreement with the Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Authum Investment and Infrastructure Limited - RCFL on March 26, 2024, in settlement of the entire obligations with respect to their outstanding consolidated debt of Rs 1023 crore.

The Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Authum Investment and Infrastructure Limited - RCFL holds seven crore fifty-nine lakhs seventy-seven thousand equity shares in the Company. Further, it is neither the related party nor part of the promoter group.

Shares of Reliance Power Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 27.67 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 27.58. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6409088 in over 15480 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 28.55 and intraday low of 26.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 178834319.00.
