Anant Raj Cloud Pvt Ltd adds scope of MOU with TCIL

Anant Raj Cloud Pvt. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anant Raj Limited ("the Company") which has an alliance with Telecommunication Consultants India Limited ("TCIL") for its Data Centers, enhanced the scope of offering enlisted in MoU and have entered into an addendum for this purpose.

In addition with our ongoing Services of IAAS offering with TCIL, both parties decided to provide Cloud Services, Managed Services and Security Services of the Cloud to the Prospective Clients. These additional offering will enable Anant Raj to provide end to end Services related to Data Center and the Cloud services.

The Company is developing Data Centers of 300 MW of IT Load at Manesar, Rai and Panchkula. The initial phase at Manesar is ready.

TCIL, a prime telecom engineering and consultancy company, is a wholly owned Government of India Public Sector Enterprise under Department of Telecommunications (DOT), Ministry of Communications, and Government of India.

Shares of Anant Raj Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 300.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 303.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 341108 in over 1987 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 304.00 and intraday low of 294.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 100979655.00.
