Fire incident at Eureka Forbes Limited's warehouse

An incident of fire has occurred in one of Eureka Forbes Limited's warehouses situated at Khasra No. 28/4 and 22/4, Near Om Dharma Kanta, Village - Budhpur, Bijapur, North West Delhi - 110036. The incident took place on March 25, 2024 at around 07:00 AM IST.

The Company is in the process of ascertaining the cause of the fire and the quantum of damages to the stock which was kept at the warehouse. The compay said in its notification to stock exchange that, it is not aware of any injuries or loss of life due to this incident.

As per the preliminary assessment, this incident does not have any material bearing on the overall operations/performance of the Company and it is in the process of appraising the actual impact.

There is adequate insurance coverage for inventory and intimation to the Insurance Company has already been made.

Shares of Eureka Forbes Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 449.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 449.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 265123 in over 4330 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 463.00 and intraday low of 442.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 119034786.00.
