PNB sells shares of Tasty Dairy Specialities Ltd after invocation of pledge

Pursuant to invocation of pledge, Punjab National Bank (PNB) had become the beneficial owner of 61,29,000 equity shares (30%) of M/s Tasty Dairy Specialities Ltd. The Bank has now sold 4,08,136 equity shares (approximately 2%) of the Company during the period from 07.03.2024 to 22.03.2024.

Shares of Punjab National Bank was last trading in BSE at Rs. 122.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 121.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2104173 in over 9817 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 123.25 and intraday low of 120.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 256912929.00.
