Reliance Power Ltd settles debt obligations with DBS Bank India Ltd

Reliance Power Limited has settled the entire obligations with respect to its borrowings from DBS Bank India Limited in accordance with the Settlement Agreement dated January 05, 2024 as a result the assets of 45 MW Wind Power Project are free from the encumbrance.

Shares of Reliance Power Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 25.02 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 23.83. The total number of shares traded during the day was 550340 in over 1537 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 25.02 and intraday low of 25.02. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13769506.00.
