Mewar Industries to seek shareholders approval for preferential issue

Mewar Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 09, 2008 has decided, subject to shareholders approvals and other statutory approvals as may be applicable, to increase authorized capital of the company and to issue shares on preferential allotment basis to respective allottees.
