Bharat Agri Fert & Realty Ltd to increase theme-based rooms at 'ANCHAVIYO RESORT'

Bharat Agri Fert & Realty Ltd., will increase the number of theme-based rooms at "ANCHAVIYO RESORT" which will start Journey from 60 to 75 rooms in Q1 FY25.

The company has installed its own 500 KWH Solar Power generation unit, resulting in significant savings in power costs. To ensure continuous power supply to the company's fertilizer division and resort, the company has offered one-acre freeholdfand to MSEDCL for a 99-year lease for setting up a power sub-station.

Furthermore, with the existing benefits such as freehold land, power sub-station, and water arrangements in place, the company can explore further expansion opportunities for al.I future projects.
