Patanjali Foods Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 6

The board of directors of Patanjali Foods Limited (Formerly known as Ruchi Soya Industries Limited) has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 6/- (i.e. 300%) per equity share on 36,19,18,554 (net of 76,299 treasury shares) of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year 2023-24. The payment of the same will be made on or before 11th April, 2024.

The Board of Directors of the Company has fixed Thursday, 21st March, 2024 as the "Record Date" to ascertain the name of the eligible shareholders / beneficial owners of the equity shares of the Company to whom the aforesaid interim dividend shall be payable.

Shares of Patanjali Foods Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1343.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1376.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 35435 in over 3906 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1389.95 and intraday low of 1281.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 47333412.00.
