7Seas Entertainment Bags FICCI's BAF Award In Category Of 'Made In India'

7Seas Entertainment Limited (BSE:7SEASL), has won the prestigious Best Animated Frames (BAF) Award by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) in the category of Best Indian Games.

In a mega event kicked off by FICCI in Mumbai on March 6th late evening, 7 Seas Entertainment's Roller Coaster Simulator game, known for its high speed, accuracy, and fun, has bagged the BAF Award in the category of "Best Indian Game (Made in India)". The FICCI has initiated the Best Animated Frames [BAF] Awards to recognize and honor professionals for having done exceptional work in the arena of Animation, VFX and in Gaming domain.

"I am extremely delighted to get this recognition especially in the category of 'best Indian game'. The game has won hearts of many. No wonder then that it has crossed over 2 million downloads so far," L Maruti Sanker, Managing Director, 7Seas Entertainment Limited said.

Two more games of 7 Seas Entertainment too emerged in the Finalists category in the Best Mobile & Tablet Game Category. These two games were: Ultimate Car Racing , and Monster Truck 3 D Game).

Recently the company had also launched Gamer Shorts - a first-of-its-kind mobile application with selected news, analyst perspectives, views on new investments, and innovations. The app, has several short and easy mobile games in place. Each swipe in the app caters to short games, and news in short format in a unique manner.

The gaming market is expected to reach USD 339.95 billion, with a CAGR of 8.94% from 2022 to 2027, according to the Mordor Intelligence Report.

Shares of 7Seas Entertainment Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 32.01 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 32.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1917 in over 10 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 33.89 and intraday low of 32.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 63163.00.
