Lancor Holdings Ltd gets CMDA nod for new premium residential project at Sholinganallur

The Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA) has accorded its sanction for Lancor Hodlings Ltd's proposed multi-storied premium residential apartment building at Sholinganallur, consisting of Stilt plus 11 Floors, having a total saleable area of 85,000 square feet.

Shares of LANCOR HOLDINGS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 52.26 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 55.01. The total number of shares traded during the day was 75464 in over 119 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 52.26 and intraday low of 52.26. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3943748.00.
