Sanjivani Paranteral Ltd has announced that the subsidiary of the Company in the name of "SPL INFUSION PRIVATE Limited" has been incorporated on February 27, 2024.

The subsidiary will be manufacturing Pharmaceuticals formulations and medical devices including IV Fluid and IV Sets.
