JSW Steel Limited forms new subsidiary JSW Green Steel Ltd

JSW Steel Limited has incorporated a new Wholly-owned Subsidiary "JSW Green Steel Ltd" in Mumbai on February 27, 2024.

The new subsidiary will be carrying out manufacture of Hot-rolled and Coldrolled products of Steel which is in line with the main line of business of the Company.

Shares of JSW Steel Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 798.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 818.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 33266 in over 1668 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 821.45 and intraday low of 795.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 26820389.00.
