Zuari Agro Chemicals Ltd executes sale deed for sale of land

Zuari Agro Chemicals Limited has executed sale deed on 26th February, 2024 with Zuari Infinity Private Limited, an unrelated party, for sale of certain land parcels of the Company aggregating to 2,16,015 sq. mtrs. situated at Village Sancoale, Taluka Mormugao, Distt. South Goa, State of Goa.

The consideration to be received from the above sale is Rs. 79,92,55,500/- (subject to deduction of TDS at the applicable rate).

Shares of Zuari Agro Chemicals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 221.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 227.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 46609 in over 1236 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 229.75 and intraday low of 220.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10454340.00.
