Pursuant to the finalization of the basis of allotment of the Rights Issue as approved by BSE Limited ("BSE"), the designated stock exchange for the Rights Issue on February 21, 2024, the Rights Issue Committee at its meeting held on February 21, 2024 has considered and approved the allotment of 27,68,59,850 Rights Equity Shares fully paid up at an issue price of Rs. 1.75 per Rights Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 0.75 per equity share) to the eligible equity shareholders in the Issue.
