Jupiter Wagons Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.30

The Board of Directors of Jupiter Wagons Limited (Formerly Commercial Engineers & Body Builders Co Limited), at its meeting held today, i.e., 19th February, 2024 has, declared an Interim Dividend @ 3% i.e. ₹0.30 per equity share of ₹ 10/- each fully paid up for the Financial Year 2023-24.

The payment thereof shall be made on or before 19th March, 2024.

The Board of Directors of the Company has fixed Thursday, 29th February, 2024 as the "Record Date" to ascertain the names of the eligible shareholders / beneficial owners of the Company to whom the aforesaid interim dividend shall be payable.

Shares of Commercial Engineers & Body Builders Co Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 368.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 367.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 84916 in over 1777 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 377.95 and intraday low of 363.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 31604620.00.
