Riba Textiles approves reissue of 2756900 shares

Riba Textiles Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 05, 2008, inter alia, has approved the Offer Document for the proposed reissue of 27,56,900 Forfeited Equity Shares on a proportionate basis to the Existing Equity Shareholders as on the Record Date. Mr. Ravinder Garg, Director of the Company has been authorized to make the required modifications / alterations, as may be suggested by the Exchange.

It has been decided to open the issue on August 04, 2008 & close the issue on September 04, 2008.
