Mahanagar Gas Ltd approves interim dividend of Rs. 12

The Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. January 23, 2024 approved the Interim Dividend of Rs. 12/- per equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 120%) for the Financial Year 2023-2024 and fixed Monday, 5% February 2024 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders for the Interim Dividend.

The Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2023-2024 shall be paid to all the eligible shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration.

Shares of Mahanagar Gas Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1312.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1313.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 47914 in over 3301 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1353.80 and intraday low of 1307.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 63680661.00.
