Veranda Learning Solutions Ltd updates on new guidelines by Dept of Higher Education

Veranda Learning Solutions Ltd (VLS) is delighted to see the new guidelines by Dept of Higher Education, as it is in line with the guiding principles of Veranda Learning right from its inception. Our business units, predominantly provide coaching for students aged 16 and above. Veranda Race offers coaching for students aspiring for state and central government jobs, providing training for individuals who are 18 and above, including those in colleges. Our software training business is again targeted at students in colleges or working professionals. Additionally, our commerce coaching vertical, delivered through JK Shah Classes, provides coaching for students in 11th standard and above.

In VLS, JK Shah has students joining CA Foundation in the 11th class as per the guidelines of ICAI. In Government test prep landscape supported by Veranda Race, students will be in the last year of graduation - 20 years.

The minimum qualification for joining Veranda learning itself is graduation. We also have specialised faculty members - for example, we have CAs conducting classes in JK Shah.

Veranda Learning's main motto is to provide high quality education at affordable fees.

In fact, we expect the new guidelines stipulating that coaching should be restricted to students of age 16 and above to positively impact our business lines, especially in our formal education segment, VerandaK12. With our emphasis on high quality education for students in schools and coaching starting only from 11th standard and for students above 16 years in all VerandaK12 managed institutions, we expect an increased enrolments in our programs.

Shares of Veranda Learning Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 289.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 288.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23635 in over 1467 trades.
