Family Care Hospitals Ltd plans expansion of hospital activities in new areas

Family Care Hospitals Ltd (Formerly known as SCANDENT IMAGING LIMITED), in line with its growth and expansion plans, is pursuing hospital activities in additional locations at Mira Road, Andheri, Vasai, Thane, Pune, etc. For the same, the Company is in the negotiation stage with the property owners. The Company is also intending to discuss with and make arrangements with various funding sources, banks and investors for the same. The above-mentioned expansion projects will be in phased manner.

The Company, upon entering into concrete agreements, shall make an announcement again.

Shares of Scandent Imaging Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 8.81 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 8.86. The total number of shares traded during the day was 154445 in over 687 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8.95 and intraday low of 8.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1364546.00.
