Bajel Projects Ltd receives order worth Rs. 487.64 crores from Tata Power

Bajel Projects Ltd has received a LOI for supply of Plant and Installation Services for Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning of Transmission lines and GIS Substations by The Tata Power Company Limited for and on behalf of their project specific SPV i.e. M/s Jalpura - Khurja Power Transmission Limited, ("hereinafter referred to as the "SPV"/ "Project SPV Company") as mentioned in their LOI.

Transmission Line: 1: 400 kV Jalpura - THDC TPS Khurja DC line - 80.06 KM
Transmission Line: 2: LILO of one circuit of kt. of 400 kV Greater Noida - Pali, Gr. Noida DC line at 400/220 kV GIS -0.8 KM
New Substation 01 - 400/220kV, 2 x 500 MVA GIS Substation at Metro depot Greater Noida
New Substation 02 - 400/220kV, 2 x 500 MVA GIS Substation Jalpura

The order value is INR 487.64 Crs (Including Taxes).

The above project shall be completed within 18 months from the effective date of the respective Contract.

Shares of Bajel Projects Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 144.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 143.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 332196 in over 2833 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 151.05 and intraday low of 141.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 48749965.00.
