Tata Consultancy Services Ltd declares 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 9 and special dividend of Rs. 18

The Board of directors of Tata Consultancy Services Limited at its meeting held today, have declared a third interim dividend of ₹9 and a special dividend of ₹18 per Equity Share of ₹1 each of the Company.

The third interim dividend and the special dividend shall be paid on Monday, February 5, 2024, to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, January 19, 2024, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

Shares of Tata Consultancy Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3713.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3690.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 99268 in over 8875 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3730.00 and intraday low of 3688.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 368410235.00.
