Suratwwala Business Group Ltd is in receipt of "Registration Certificate of Project" towards the building of structures under the Commercial Development vide letter dated 27th December, 2023 from the office of "Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority ("the Authority") for Survey Nos. 27/1, 27/5P, 28/1P to 28/B/1, 28/B/2, 28/B/3 and 28/B/4 of Building C, D and E of Suratwala Mark Plazzo, situated at Hinjewadi, Pune having Land admeasuring approximately 14,325 sq. mtrs.

This project located in the prime location of Hinjewadi (The IT Hub) of Pune region and getting RERA Certificate will help the company to accept bookings and strengthen the company cash flows for completion of project before the defined timelines.
