Vedanta Ltd allots NCDs for Rs. 3400 crores

Vedanta Ltd has duly allotted, on a private placement basis, 3,40,000 nos. Secured, Unrated, Unlisted, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") of face value ₹ 1,00,000/- each aggregating to ₹ 3,400 Crores with the depository confirmation for credit of NCDs being received on January 03, 2024.

Shares of Vedanta Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 263.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 258.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 828425 in over 11989 trades.
