Eicher Motors Ltd posts 7% YoY drop in Motorcycles sales volume for December 2023

Eicher Motors Limited has announced the sales volume of Motorcycles for the month of December 2023.

The company has sold 63,387 motorcycles in December 2023, as against 68,400 in December 2022, a drop of 7% YoY.

Sales of Models with engine capacity upto 350cc dropped 10% YoY to 55,401 units in December 2023, as compared to 61,223 units in December 2022.

Sales of Models with engine capacity exceeding 350cc increased 11% YoY from 7,177 units in December 2022 to 7,986 units in December 2023.

Out of the above, International Business was at 6,096 units in December 2023, a drop of 29% YoY from 8,579 units in December 2022.

The company has reported 11% YoY increase in sales during the period April 2023 to December 2023 at 6,85,059 units from 6,16,370 units during the period April 2022 to December 2022.

Shares of Eicher Motors Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4035.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4143.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 34334 in over 2905 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4143.05 and intraday low of 4029.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 139051830.00.
