VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd posts sales of 8026 units in December 2023

The company has announced the sales volume of VE Commercial Vehicles Limited, an unlisted subsidiary of Eicher Motors Limited for the month of December 2023.

The company has sold 8026 units in December 2023 as compared to 7221 units in December 2022, a growth of 11.1% YoY.

The company sold 7789 units of Eicher Trucks and Buses in December 2023, registering 11.2% YoY growth from 7003 units in December 2022. Domestic sales increased 11.9% YoY in December 2023 to 7468 units, as against 6671 units in December 2022. Exports were at 321 units December 2023 as compared to 332 units in December 2022, a drop of 3.3% YoY.

The company sold 237 units of Volvo Trucks & Buses in December 2023 as compared to 218 units in December 2022, registering a growth of 8.7% YoY.

The company has reported 12.4% YoY increase in total sales to 59828 units during the period April 2023 to December 2023 as against 53247 units during the period April 2022 to December 2022.

Shares of Eicher Motors Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4035.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4143.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 34334 in over 2905 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4143.05 and intraday low of 4029.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 139051830.00.
