Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Ltd extends timeline for capacity expansion

Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Limited had earlier announced regarding setting up a new manufacturing plant to be situated at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

The Board of Directors of the Company through Circular resolution dated December 31, 2023 has extended timeline for addition of proposed capacity at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand from December 31, 2023 to February 29, 2024.
