The Board of Directors of THINKINK PICTUREZ LIMITED at its meeting held today i.e. Saturday, 30th December, 2023 has discussed and agreed for the Incorporation of Wholly owned subsidiary in United Arab Emirates (UAE) by making investment/loan not exceeding USD 500000, subject to compliance of applicable laws.
