Nodwin Gaming Pvt Ltd makes further investment in Nodwin Singapore

Nodwin Gaming Private Limited ("Nodwin"), a material subsidiary of Nazara Technologies Limited has made further investments on December 29, 2023 in Nodwin Gaming International Pte. Ltd. ("Nodwin Singapore"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Nodwin and a step down subsidiary of the Company, by subscription of 26,267 (Twenty Six Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty Seven) shares for an aggregate consideration of USD 4,999,923.45/- (Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Three US Dollars and Forty-Five Cents Only), in cash.

Pursuant to the aforesaid subscription, Nodwin now holds 5,51,372 shares in aggregate and continues to hold 100% of share capital of Nodwin Singapore.

Nodwin Gaming International Pte. Ltd. is engaged in the business of E-Sports, Consulting Services, Event Management, and related content development.

Shares of Nazara Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 853.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 859.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7911 in over 661 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 872.95 and intraday low of 850.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6792497.00.
