Vedanta Limited to raise Rs. 3400 crores through NCDs

The duly authorized Committee of Directors of Vedanta Limited at its meeting held today i.e., Tuesday, December 19, 2023, considered and approved for raising, on a private placement basis, upto 3,40,000 nos. Secured, Unrated, Unlisted, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") of face value ₹ 1,00,000/- each aggregating upto ₹ 3,400 Crores in one or more tranche(s).

Shares of Vedanta Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 260.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 257.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 641787 in over 7126 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 263.55 and intraday low of 257.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 167536239.00.
