Vakrangee Ltd enters into SPA for acquisition of 8.8% stake in Vortex Engineering Pvt Ltd

Vakrangee Limited has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement today i.e. December 18, 2023 for acquisition of 8.8% equity share capital of Vortex Engineering Private Limited from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) ("Seller"). Earlier the Company had signed Binding term sheet with IFC in relation to acquisition of 8.8% stake in Vortex Engineering Private Limited.

Shares of Vakrangee Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 19.34 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 19.37. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2212851 in over 2467 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 19.57 and intraday low of 19.24. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 42864694.00.
