Ace Software Exports Ltd executes sale deed to sell plot at Munjka, Rajkot

Ace Software Exports Limited has executed a Sale Deed on December 09, 2023, effecting the sale of part of the Company's plot situated at Revenue Survey No. 71, Village Munjka, District Rajkot for a consideration of Rs. 1,90,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Ninety Lakhs only) on the terms and conditions mentioned therein.

The Company had passed special resolution at the AGM held on September 10, 2020 for the approval of sell, lease, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of the whole or part of plots located at Munjka - Rajkot.

Shares of ACE SOFTWARE EXPORTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 29.82 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 27.11. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10944 in over 103 trades.
