Hindustan Construction Company Ltd to sell land for Rs. 95 crore

Hindustan Construction Company Ltd has entered into "Deed of Conveyance" for sale of the Company's land admeasuring 2,35,870 square meters situated at Village Karnala (Tara), Taluka Panvel, District Raigad, Maharashtra.

The consideration received from the sale is Rs 95 Crore.

Shares of Hindustan Construction Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 31.24 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 31.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7417345 in over 8755 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 32.64 and intraday low of 31.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 236841998.00.
