The Board of Directors of QGO Finance Limited ("the Company") at its meeting held today i.e., Friday, December 1, 2023 at 10:30 AM and concluded at 10:50 AM at its Registered Office have, considered, approved and taken on record the issuance of Unsecured, unlisted, redeemable, Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) under Private Placement basis up to Rs. 14,00,00,000 (Rupees Fourteen Crores only) within the borrowing limits of the Company as approved by the shareholders.
