DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations Limited, India's first Listed Drone Startup and the highest rated DGCA certified drone pilot training institute has launched its third RPTO in a strategic collaboration with IIT Ropar. The organization, headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, has its main center in Pune and the second center in Rashtriya Raksha University (under Ministry of Home Affairs) in Gujarat.
Through this collaboration, they are aiming to cater to the growing need for skilled manpower in the Drone Industry in the Northern part of the country. By imparting quality training and 100% job assistance, DroneAcharya aims to bridge the gap between the growing demand of skilled Drone professionals in these areas. Till date, the company has trained 564 DGCA certified drone pilots, out of a total of 8,362 DGCA certified drone pilots in India, having the highest market share in private training organizations.
DroneAcharya recently sealed India's largest government drone training project from Karnataka Forest Department to train 240 of their staff and officials.
Earlier this year, the company also signed a cornerstone deal with Tata Strive and Wollstone Capital, through which they will be launching 30 new centers across India. These centers will not only cater to Drone training but will also be the hub for their product line and Drone based services in that geography. Apart from this, the company is also setting up centers in Jaipur, Jabalpur, Noida, Uttarakhand, Palampur, Mangalore and Dharwad.
