Godrej Industries Subsidiary Company signs JV Agreement

Godrej Industries Ltd has announced that Godrej Agrovet Ltd (GAVL), a material non-listed Indian subsidiary of the Company has signed an agreement with Gold Coin Group to form a Joint Venture (JV) in India to consolidate their aquafeed business. The new Company will be name as Godrej Gold Coin Aquafeed Ltd with 51% shareholding by Gold Coin Group and 49% by GAVL.
