NIBE Ltd to acquire 5% in Anshuni Commercials Ltd

NIBE Ltd has signed definitive agreement on November 01, 2023, to acquire the 5% stake in Anshuni Commercials Limited ("Anshuni").

5% stake is to be acquired immediately postexecution of share purchase agreement at atotal cash consideration of Rs. 10,20,000/-.
