Bank of Baroda approves fund raising of Rs. 10000 crores

The Board of Directors of Bank of Baroda in its meeting held today has approved the proposal of raising Long Term Bonds for Financing of Infrastructure and Affordable Housing aggregating to a total size upto Rs. 10000 crores, in single or multiple tranches during FY2023-24 and beyond, if found expedient.

Shares of Bank of Baroda was last trading in BSE at Rs. 207.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 214.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1269350 in over 10040 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 210.55 and intraday low of 206.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 264416037.00.
