Shakti Pumps India Ltd to consider approval of investments of Rs. 114.29 crores

Shakti Pumps (India) Limited shall in forthcoming Board Meeting scheduled to be held on October 11, 2023, consider the approval of Board Members will be accorded for the proposed Investments of Rs. 114.29/- Crores (Rupees One Hundred Fourteen Crores and Twenty Nine Lacs Only) in the Wholly Owned Subsidiary i.e. Shakti EV Mobility Private Limited in the next five years.
