Manbro Industries to raise Rs. 6 crore through rights issue

The Board of Directors of Manbro Industries Limited (Formerly Known as Unimode Overseas Limited) in their meeting held today i.e., Tuesday, October 03, 2023, which commenced at 2:00 P.M. and concluded at 2:45 P.M. has considered and approved the fund raising of an amount not exceeding Rs. 6,00,00,000/- (Rupees Six Crore only), through a Rights issue to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on Record date (to be notified subsequently within due course), in accordance with applicable laws, including the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended, SEBI Listing Regulations, along with relevant circulars issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India, Companies Act, 2013. ("Rights Issue").

Further the Board Constituted the Rights Issue Committee to proceed with the Rights issue and, decide the other terms and conditions of the Rights Issue, including deciding on the record date, determining the rights issue price, rights entitlement ratio, appointment of intermediaries and other related matters.

Shares of UNIMODE OVERSEAS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 139.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 139.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 130 in over 7 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 141.95 and intraday low of 139.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 18390.00.
