Major Fire at Ind Swift Ltd's Office premises

Ind Swift Ltd has announced that the office premises of the company situated at Plot no 787, Industrial Area, Phase II, Chandigarh has been damaged due to a major fire which broke out on 2nd October, 2023 at the building adjoining the premises of the company.

The fire was controlled on time and there has been no loss or injury to human life as the office was closed on account of Gandhi Jayanti. Adequate steps are being undertaken to restore the operation of the concerned office premise. The company is yet to ascertain the exact quantum of loss caused by the fire wherein the building, server room and some record has been damaged.

There is adequate insurance coverage along with proper fire apparatus for said office building and intimation to the Insurance Company will be made shortly.

Shares of IND-SWIFT Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 19.21 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 19.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 637 in over 7 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 19.21 and intraday low of 19.21. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12236.00.
