Kalpataru Projects International Ltd has raised Rs. 150 crores

Kalpataru Projects International Limited has raised Rs. 150 Crores (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty Crores Only) by allotment of 15,000 NCDs of the face value of Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh only) each on private placement basis.

The said NCDs will be listed on Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited.

Shares of Kalpataru Projects International Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 633.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 627.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1240 in over 143 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 637.25 and intraday low of 625.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 784579.00.
