Royal Enfield Motorcycles' September 2023 sales drops 4% YoY

Eicher Motors Ltd has announced the sales figures of Royal Enfield motorcycles for the month of September 2023. The company has sold 78,580 motorcycles during September 2023, as compared to 82,097 units in September 2022, registering a drop of 4% YoY.

The company has sold 70,345 units of models with engine capacity upto 350cc in September 2023 as against 74,206 units in September 2022, down by 5% YoY.

The company has sold 8,235 units of models with engine capacity exceeding 350cc during September 2023 as compared to 7,891 units in September 2022, an increase of 4% YoY.

Exports stood at 4,319 units in September 2023 as against 8,451 units in September 2022, a drop of 49% YoY.

The company has reported sales of 4,56,986 units during the period April 2023 to September 2023 as against 3,94,969 units during the period April 2022 to September 2022, registering YoY growth of 16%.

Shares of Eicher Motors Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3456.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3447.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13400 in over 1841 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3480.00 and intraday low of 3425.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 46308734.00.
