Eicher Motors Ltd reports 8.6% YoY growth in September 2023 sales

Eicher Motors Ltd has announced the sales figures for Eicher Trucks and Buses & Volvo Trucks for the month of September 2023. The company has sold 7198 vehicles during September 2023, as against 6631 in September 2022 registering a growth of 8.6% YoY.

The company has sold 6965 Eicher Trucks and Buses in September 2023, as compared to 6498 in September 2022, growth of 7.2% YoY. The domestic sales of Eicher Trucks and Buses stood at 6715 units in September 2023, 12.1% higher than 5992 units in September 2022. The exports of Eicher Trucks and Buses dropped 50.6% YoY to 250 units in September 2023, as compared to 506 units in September 2022.

The company has sold 233 Volvo Trucks during September 2023 as against 133 units in September 2022, registering YoY growth of 75.2%.

The company has reported sales of 39122 units during the period April 2023 to September 2023 as against 35085 units during the period April 2022 to September 2022, registering YoY growth of 11.5%.

Shares of Eicher Motors Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3456.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3447.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13400 in over 1841 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3480.00 and intraday low of 3425.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 46308734.00.
