Casagrand Bizpark Pvt Ltd acquires 14 acres 2 cents land with building from Wipro at Sholinganallur

Wipro Ltd has announced the sale of land admeasuring 14 Acres and 02 Cents, located at No. 475-A, Wipro Street, Sholinganallur, Chennai 600 119, together with a 20-year-old building approximately 589,778 sq. ft. for a sale consideration of Rs. 266.38 Crores.

The sale deed was executed on September 25, 2023 and the buyer is Casagrand Bizpark Private Limited, having its registered office at NPL Devi, No.111, 5th Floor, NPL Devi, L.B. Road, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai – 600 041.

Shares of Wipro Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 414.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 418.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 636198 in over 15397 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 419.50 and intraday low of 412.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 264057450.00.
