Completion of US FDA Inspection at Unit IV of APL Healthcare Ltd

The United States Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) inspected the Unit IV, a Formulation manufacturing facility, of APL Healthcare Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of AUROBINDO PHARMA LIMITED, situated at Menakuru Village, Naidupeta Mandal, Tirupati District, Andhra Pradesh, from September 13 to September 19, 2023.

At the end of the inspection, a 'Form 483' was issued with 1 observation which is procedural in nature. We will respond to the US FDA within the stipulated timelines and work closely with US FDA to close the observation at the earliest.

Shares of Aurobindo Pharma Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 894.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 898.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20064 in over 1046 trades.
