Through email dated September 12, 2023 from Ministry of Corporate Affairs mentioning that a fresh "Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to Change of name" dated September 12,2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat and the name of the Company stands changed from "TAMBOLI CAPITAL LIMITED" to "TAMBOLI INDUSTRIES LIMITED" with effect from September 12, 2023.

Shares of TAMBOLI CAPITAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 146.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 153.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12849 in over 133 trades.
