Berger Paints India Ltd fixes Sep 23, 2023 as record date for bonus issue

Berger Paints India Ltd has fixed Saturday, 23rd September, 2023 as the "RECORD DATE", for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issue of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the ratio of 1:5, i.e., 1 (One) Equity Share of Re 1/- each for every 5 (Five) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each, which was recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company vide its meeting held on Wednesday, 9th August, 2023 and for which approval of the shareholders have already been obtained through postal ballot on Friday, 8th September, 2023.
