Innokaiz India Ltd to acquire majority shares in Luczotiq Pvt Ltd

Innokaiz India Limited has signed a MOU with Luczotiq Private Limited (Grooming, Hygiene products and cosmetics industries) to acquire its major shares.

Shares of Innokaiz India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 150.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 153.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 64000 in over 38 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 158.90 and intraday low of 149.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9714960.00.
