The shares of Sat Industries Limited's material subsidiary company viz, Aeroflex Industries Limited have been listed today on the main board of BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

Further the Company has received a gross amount Rs. 189.00 crores against 1,75,00,000 equity Shares of Aeroflex Industries Limited of face value Rs. 2/- each which were offered for sale in the initial public offer of Aeroflex Industries Limited.

Shares of SAT INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 120.13 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 128.84. The total number of shares traded during the day was 86698 in over 1547 trades.
