NDTV gets nod for 4 new channels

The Ministry of Information & Broadcasting vide letter dated August 17, 2023 has granted permission to the Company to uplink and downlink four (4) News and Current Affairs Channels namely 'NDTV Rajasthan', 'NDTV Madhya Pradesh / Chhattisgarh', 'NDTV Gujarati' and 'NDTV Marathi'.

The Company shall launch the channel namely 'NDTV Madhya Pradesh / Chhattisgarh' on August 21, 2023. The launch date for the other channels shall be duly announced once finalized.

Shares of New Delhi Television Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 221.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 218.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 29367 in over 1013 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 223.80 and intraday low of 218.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6478569.00.
